Leads go cold at the dock
A boat show produces a stack of buyers. By the time anyone follows up, half of them are talking to the broker two slips down.
Yacht brokers are running a million-dollar business on software built for somebody else. We came from the docks, not Silicon Valley, and we're building the tools this industry should have had decades ago.
Nobody loses a sale in one dramatic moment. It drains away through the same gaps every season, and the tools most brokers use were never built to close them.

Comps sit in old spreadsheets and memory. Sellers want a number they can trust, and they want it today.
Photos, specs, copy, sell sheets, social posts. Hours of manual work before a single buyer sees the boat.
CRMs designed for real estate and insurance, with a nautical coat of paint. They don't know a sea trial from a survey.
The industry moved on. The software never did.
We didn't study this business from a boardroom. Our family has been buying, selling, maintaining and living aboard boats for more than sixty years. We've watched the same problems slow brokers down, season after season.
The family goes to sea, and the yachting business becomes the family business.

From the docks.
Not Silicon Valley.
Fisherman’s Paradise was founded in 1958 by my Papa, Warren, with my grandmother, Almeta. They were world-class anglers who held many world records, and they loved yachting and sport fishing. Their boats ran from 36-foot sport fishers up to 100-foot yachts.
We used to spend a lot of time in Chub Cay, Bahamas, in the summers, as Papa kept a 100-foot yacht there year-round.
Chub Cay“Chub is where the world’s first Atlantic grand slam of a white marlin, blue marlin and sailfish was caught. It’s also where the first Bahamas Billfish Champion, Warren Schafer, was crowned in 1974 at what was then the Crown Colony Club.”
I got salt water in my veins from his legacy. For 42 years, until 2000, Fisherman’s Paradise served South Florida as its largest marine dealer. Our family still remains in the heart of the yachting industry today in Fort Lauderdale.
We know firsthand what it takes to track numerous sales, a fleet of yachts, and every detail that comes with each one. That’s the load our platforms carry.

We're not ready to show you everything yet. Here's what's on the way, and where to find it when it launches.
